Daf\u00fcr verwendete er die drei Hauptrebsorten der Champagne. Je ein Drittel des Zero besteht aus Pinot Noir, Chardonnay und Pinot Meunier.\u00a0 Als Basis dient der Jahrgang 2012 sowie ein hoher Anteil an Reserveweinen. Nach fast sechs Jahren auf der Flasche wurde Zero Brut Nature im Januar 2019 degorgiert, mit null Gramm Dosage. Benoit Tarlant strebt mit seinem Cuv\u00e9e Zer\u00f3 nach einer Genauigkeit, Reinheit und Direktheit, die er mit Dart spielen vergleicht. Jede der \u00fcber 40 einzelnen Weinbergs-Parzellen wird minuti\u00f6s und hingebungsvoll bearbeitet und einzeln gepresst. Alles geschieht rein biodynamisch und in aufwendiger Handarbeit. Die Tarlant Champagner reifen im Schnitt f\u00fcnf Jahre auf der Hefe, die Champagner der gro\u00dfen Lagen bis zu 16 Jahren.
