This vintage champagne (2015) is a velvety, well-structured blend of 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay. 17% of these wines matured in oak barrels. The fruity aroma of this vintage champagne is accompanied by a chalky, fresh minerality that lends it lace and harmony.<\/p>\n
