Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
Deliveries within Germany
In addition to the product prices indicated we also charge flat-rate shipping costs for delivery within Germany 6.50 € for orders under 80.00 €. Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.
The shipping fee is 6.50 €.The shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax.
We deliver to Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slowakai, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. Shipping to countries outside Germany is limited to 6 bottles per order.
For deliveries abroad we charge the following flat rates for shipping (including VAT):
Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium – 15,51 EURO.
Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Denmark – 18,50 EURO.
Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Italy – 23,50 EURO.
Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland – 26,50 EURO.
Lithuania, Croatia, Finland, Estonia – 30,50 EURO.
Shipping costs always include packaging, insurance and transport with DPD in approved wine shipping boxes.
You live in Frankfurt or want to surprise someone in Frankfurt? Great, you can simply order the champagne online and select pick-up when you check out!

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 14 days and inform us that you want to cancel the contract and return the goods.
You are responsible for the direct costs of shipping the goods back to us. Please place the return label on the original shipping box and make sure that the goods are adequately padded. Also make sure that the label we used to send you on your order is no longer visible.
The refund of the amount already paid will be made after we have been notified by the shipping partner of the receipt of the return. In this case, we will arrange for the refund to be made as soon as possible, but within 14 days of confirmation of receipt of the return at the latest.
For the refund, we will usually use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. For example, if you paid for your order via Paypal, you will receive the refund back to your Paypal account. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days from the day we credit your account before you see the refund in your account.
