Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
Deliveries within Germany
In addition to the stated prices, we charge € 7.90 per order for delivery within Germany. From an order value of 120.00 € the shipping costs are waived. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The flat rate shipping fee is € 7.90. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax.

Deliveries in Europe (selected countries)
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Shipping to countries outside Germany is limited to 25 bottles per order.
For deliveries abroad we have the following price scale by kg (including VAT):

5 – 10kg – 26,90 Euro
10 – 15kg – 33,90 Euro
15 – 18kg – 37,90 Euro

The shipping costs of course always include packaging, insurance and transport with DHL in approved wine shipping boxes.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at hello@foufou-champagne.com within 14 days and inform us that you want to cancel the contract and return the goods.
You are responsible for the direct costs of shipping the goods back to us. Please place the return label on the original shipping box and make sure that the goods are adequately padded. Also make sure that the label we used to send you on your order is no longer visible.
REFUND
The refund of the amount already paid will be made after we have been notified by the shipping partner of the receipt of the return. In this case, we will arrange for the refund to be made as soon as possible, but within 14 days of confirmation of receipt of the return at the latest.
For the refund, we will usually use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. For example, if you paid for your order via Paypal, you will receive the refund back to your Paypal account. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days from the day we credit your account before you see the refund in your account.
