A vintage champagne with 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir. Elegant, with fine bubbles and creamy texture. Juicy and at the same time elegant and ripe with a touch of minerality. A special extra: 5% of the wine aged in large wooden barrels, which gives it a terrific structure. Quite a classy champagne from a top vintage.
A vintage to remember! A chilly year with a sunny late summer, which gave the grapes an outstanding ripeness. Champagnes from this vintage impress with their structure, freshness and potential to age over the years! Check it out for yourself!

The ideal companion for any occasion! It goes well with both simple and more refined dishes.
THE CHAMPAGNE HOUSE BRUN DE NEUVILLE
One of the few top houses that has been family-owned since its founding in 1818. The small champagne house Billecart-Salmon is one of the oldest family dynasties in the Champagne region. Since the early 1990s, the house has been managed by the 7th generation, Francois Roland Billecart.
