Fruity and full of finesse. An elegant, classic rosé champagne – the ideal aperitif.

Description

The Champagne

A classic rosé champagne for the romantics among you. Elegant and sensual with very subtle and well integrated residual sweetness. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy dishes & desserts of red fruits.

Protected from daylight and fluctuations in temperature, the fruity Brut Rosé ages in the centuries-old cellars of the House of Abelé for at least three years. This composition of the three classic Champagne grapes – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – is the charming, feminist hallmark of the House of Abelé.

Tasting Note

  • In the glass, a rose gold hue with attractive copper nuances and a lively swirling perlage
  • In the nose, a fine bouquet with scents of zitrus peel, orange peel and red fruits
  • On the palate, ripe fruit accented by toasty aromas. Pleasantly smooth and delicate with a sensitive residual sweetness.

Pair with

  • Not only an ideal aperitif, but equally suitable with spicy dishes as well as fruity desserts or mild and soft cheeses.
