A classic rosé champagne for the romantics among you. Elegant and sensual with very subtle and well integrated residual sweetness. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy dishes & desserts of red fruits.
Protected from daylight and fluctuations in temperature, the fruity Brut Rosé ages in the centuries-old cellars of the House of Abelé for at least three years. This composition of the three classic Champagne grapes – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – is the charming, feminist hallmark of the House of Abelé.
- In the glass, a rose gold hue with attractive copper nuances and a lively swirling perlage
- In the nose, a fine bouquet with scents of zitrus peel, orange peel and red fruits
- On the palate, ripe fruit accented by toasty aromas. Pleasantly smooth and delicate with a sensitive residual sweetness.
- Not only an ideal aperitif, but equally suitable with spicy dishes as well as fruity desserts or mild and soft cheeses.
The Champagne House Abelé 1757
The champagne house Abelé was founded in 1757 and is thus considered one of the oldest in the Champagne region. Committed to ensuring a consistently high quality in its products, the family-run house deliberately produces only a limited amount of champagne. The plots of the house are distributed across the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims and the Côteaux des Riceys.
