The Champagne House De Saint Gall
De Saint-Gall, the brand of Union Champagne, founded in 1966, presents itself as a jewel of champagne production. This co-operative, known as one of the largest vineyard owners on the Côte des Blancs, is characterised by its ownership of first-class and highly prized Chardonnay vineyards. De Saint-Gall’s real treasure lies in its terroir: its grapes, mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, come from some of the most prestigious villages in Champagne and are classified exclusively in the Grand Cru and Premier Cru categories. The vineyards stretch from the Côte des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley, giving De Saint-Gall a unique palette of flavours and characteristics.
