The Champagne
A sparkling rosé champagne from the best vineyards in Champagne. Fresh, elegant, fruity and wonderfully balanced. This rosé owes its freshness to the high proportion of Chardonnay – a full 60%. There is also 24% Pinot Noir and 16% red still wine. Perfect for an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fine main courses.

The champagne house De Saint Gall
De Saint-Gall, the brand of Union Champagne, founded in 1966,is a true gem of Champagne production. This cooperative, known as one of the largest vineyard owners on the Côte des Blancs, is characterised by its ownership of first-class and highly prized Chardonnay vineyards. De Saint-Gall’s real treasure lies in its terroir: its grapes, mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, come from some of the most prestigious villages in Champagne and are classified exclusively in the Grand Cru and Premier Cru categories.
