The Champagne
Due to its unusually high proportion of Chardonnay, which makes it unique among the great champagne cuvées, it captivates with the finesse typical of the Taittinger house.
The Brut Réserve is aged for at least three years and up to 30 meters below the surface within the historic chalk rock cellars in Reims, the headquarters of the Taittinger house. When served, the Brut Réserve boasts expressive aromas of peach, white flowers, and hints of vanilla and toasted brioche. Fresh fruit notes paired with light honey nuances lend this cuvée its distinctive taste. Truly delicious.
40-45% Chardonnay, 35-40% Pinot noir, 20% Meunier
