The champagne house Laurent-Perrier
Freshness, finesse and elegance
The champagne house was founded in 1812 by André Michel Pierlot and was originally christened Veuve Laurent-Perrier. In 1939, the estate was acquired by Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, whose son Bernard took over the winery in 1948 and shaped it into what it is today. Today, Laurent-Perrier is the fifth largest Champagne house in France in terms of production volume. The house’s vision is to produce a particularly fresh and elegant champagne, which is why its champagnes all have a very high proportion of Chardonnay. The house is committed to sustainable cultivation and uses only non-invasive chemicals on the vines.
