The champagne
A wonderful entry-level champagne from De Saint Gall – elegant and accessible. This cuvée, made from 55% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, presents itself as a true classic. The use of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier gives the champagne a soft texture and spicy note and a golden yellow color, while fine aromas of peach, pear, apricot and lightly toasted brioche round off the bouquet.
Pairing
- In the glass, it shimmers in a seductive golden hue with a fine perlage.
- The nose is caressed by fragrant notes of summer fruits and a hint of brioche
- On the palate, the champagne is full-bodied and smooth with a long finish
