The Champagne
Le Brun de Neuville – Côte Blanche Brut is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the chalky slopes of the Côte de Sézanne. A 45-year-old vineyard with clay and chalk soils gives the champagne freshness and minerality. After traditional bottle fermentation, the champagne ages on its lees for a full 5 years before developing its irresistible character. The nose reveals notes of white flowers and delicate hazelnut fragrance. On the palate, it has a fresh taste of citrus and green apple with a fine perlage and creamy minerality. 52% of the cuvée consists of reserve wines from older vintages.
